PROFILE:

Julie is a Missouri Licensed Realtor® and is currently working as Susan’s personal assistant. She is a member of the Columbia Board of Realtors (CBOR), Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Julie started her business management career in the music industry. From there, she has been able to transfer that experience and knowledge to build a successful career in business management for 17 years. Being part owner in the family appliance business, a property manager, and an owner of a mini-farm has given her a wealth of knowledge.

She teaches the Orientation Class for the Columbia Board of Realtors, aiding others to build their careers.

Her education includes:
  -B/A in Business/Music from Fontbonne College, St. Louis, MO
  -Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)
  -Attends regular ethics seminars and other related classes
   as part of her continuing education.

In her personal life, Julie is a current member of the Parish Council, Cantor, Lector and Choir member at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. She is also a quilt maker and sewer of items for various children groups.

    We called Julie discovering a new listing for a home, which had previously attracted a successful offer just a few days after being on the market.  We asked Julie to arrange for us to inspect the property quickly.  The home really was not ready to show yet; but within an hour, Julie had arranged for access and the lights to be turned on. That evening she spent a lot of time with us vewing the house and going over the supporting documents.

    There were some unanswered questions remaining that night.  Very early the next morning, Ms. Patterson started resolving these issues with the listing agent, several city government office and trades people. Over the next few days several more stumbling blocks arose, but Julie worked ceaselessly to find solutions that would protect our intrest and also facilitate completing the transaction.

     Insurmountable problems with that home prevented us from making an offer.  However, we surely will purchase property.  We will be very pleased if Julie Patterson provides her intensity, energy and experience to faciliate that transaction.

     From the moment I first met with Julie I felt comfortable and assured she would do her best to get me the best possible price and she never let me down.  Throughout the selling process Julie was there for time in everyway.  From explaining the procedures so that I could understand and be able to follow, tips on how to make certain changes that would draw out my homes best qualities to representing me in regards to the inspection, etc. I always found Julie kept me informed every step of the way.  
     This was very comforting as I had never ben on the "selling" side of my home was not going to make anyone "rich" yet I will actually miss talking with Julie as she became someone I would consider a friend.
